Because we want to limit our inventory to avoid unnecessary production and waste, we highly encourage you to pre-order the item(s) you want if they are available for pre-order.

Pre-orders and backorders work the same way as regular purchases but the items being pre-ordered will usually take 6-8 weeks to make since this is a brand new style. While backorders will usually take 3-4 weeks to make. This allows us to control our inventory and help ensure we create the right amount of products and only produce those that are in demand.

Choose the item and color you want and continue the payment process through the cart checkout.  Your card or chosen method of payment will be deducted right away as if you are making a regular purchase.

We will happily provide 10 – 20% off the regular retail price on any pre-order or backorder items to compensate for the waiting period. We will send a confirmation of your order via the email you provided and keep you informed of the expected shipping date. (NOTE: the expected shipping date provided in the product description box is not a guarantee of when your item will arrive but only a given estimate. We will keep you updated on the production process and when your order will most likely arrive.  A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to your email once your item has been shipped from our location).

**Pre-order discounts (typically higher than backorder discounts) are only offered for a limited time and will be noted in the description box of that item.  All in-stock items will be offered at a regular price.**

We are based and located in Los Angeles, CA.  Each piece we produce are handmade in a local Los Angeles leather artisan shop.

In-stock items – will be processed and shipped out within 3 – 5 business days from when the order was placed. We will send an email notification to the email provided at checkout when your order has been shipped.

Pre-order items – expected shipping dates for pre-order items will be displayed in the description box of that specific item. Please note, these are estimated shipping dates and are by no means a guarantee of when your item will be delivered to your address.

We are unable to change any orders after they have been placed/shipped.  If you want to change or cancel your order, please email as soon as possible and we will inform you if we are still able to cancel or change the order.

Otherwise, we offer a 30-day refund policy for new and unused items in their original packaging.  Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Since we produce limited batches at a time, we don’t have the need to do inventory discounts or sales.  You can take advantage of getting a one-time discount code by signing up to our newsletter or other discount promotions we may offer that can be applied to regular priced items on our website.  Otherwise, all of our in-stock products are always offered at regular retail price.

You can also take advantage of getting a 25% discount on items that are in pre-order status.  Because pre-order items can take 6-8 weeks to be delivered, we offer our customers this discount to compensate for the waiting period.

Discount/promo codes cannot be combined and can only be used on one full priced item at a time.

We fully intend to ship internationally in the future, but as of right now we are only shipping within the continental US.  We are taking it one step at a time and figuring out which countries are the most cost effective and have less issues/requirements to ship to.

If you are located outside the US, we may still be able to ship to you. Please contact us directly prior to ordering to get shipping rates and information.

Please note, all international orders might have additional customs tax, duties, or fees associated with it. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these taxes and fees. Please contact your local customs agency to find out about rates prior to placing an order.

We are also looking into trustworthy and reliable fulfillment centers around to world to make shipping easier, faster, and to remove any unknown duties/fees associated with international shipping. Stay tuned!

We will repair or replace any item to be defective in material and/or craftsmanship, given that the defect occurred during regular use.  Warranty excludes damage due to misuse, improper cleaning/maintenance, accident, alteration, fire, or theft.

Please contact and submit a photo of the product and an explanation of the defect. We will also require confirmation of original purchase and customer identification.  Once item is received by us, we will notify you via email if your item will be repaired or replaced.  Our repair process takes 4-6 weeks.  If we are not able to repair your item, we will happily replace it in the form of a gift card to our website (only) for the full original retail value of your item.  Please note, we cannot guarantee that the same style/color of your originally purchased item will still be available since we produce our bags/wallets/wristlets in limited quantities.

Leather is a natural product and as such, is subject to variations in color and texture, even across a single hide. These variations are part of the appeal of leather and should not be considered faults, but rather a part of its natural beauty and uniqueness.

Please note, due to the different lighting and/or filters used when shooting our products, the colors may vary slightly in the photos or videos posted in print or online than the actual color of the bags. Color variation may also depend on the color/brightness setting on your pc, tablet, or phone.
