We accept returns or exchanges of new and unused items within 30-days from receipt of package. Please email cs@shopmiventi.com and state whether it is a return or exchange request on the subject line and reason of return/exchange (including photo of the item(s) being returned). We will be happy to help you with your request and send you your return instructions.
Please note, no returns/exchanges are accepted without contacting customer service first and obtaining a return code and if the request is made after 30 days from receipt.
We will issue a refund (minus the return shipping fee) within 5-7 business days after Miventi has received, inspected, and approved the returned product. Returned products that appears to have been worn, used, or damaged are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Please make sure to return the item exactly how you received it with the original packaging to avoid denial of a refund.
Please note, refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment only. Depending on your financial institution, refunds could take 5-7 business days for the credit to show back on your account.
Items not approved for refund/exchange will be shipped back to you at your expense.
CUSTOM MADE/PERSONALIZED ITEMS | Items that have been customized to your specifications or have been personalized are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once the order has been placed.
