We are happy to provide free shipping on all orders within the continental US only.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. We will send you an email to confirm when your order has been shipped from our facility and provide you with a tracking number. We advise you to track your package and take note of the estimated time of arrival provided by the carrier to make sure your product gets to you safely. Please contact the assigned carrier directly for any lost or missing shipments. Miventi, LLC is not responsible for any lost or missing shipments. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES | We will do our best to deliver your product(s) to you as soon as possible. Please note, that due to the ongoing pandemic, delivery times may vary and could be delayed depending on carrier.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS: Please note that all of our pre-order items will take about 6-8 weeks to create. The estimated shipping date provided in the description box of each item are by no means a guarantee of when your product will be shipped to you. We take pride in getting all of the products to you on-time and in the quality expected with the Miventi name. But sometimes, unforeseen events and delays could happen. We are committed in keeping our customers happy and will keep constant communication in the event that we anticipate a delay in our expected shipping date.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS | We take great care to ensure that you receive what you ordered and inspect each order carefully for quality assurance before we ship them to you. If for any reason you received a product that has been damaged through transit or is the incorrect item, please contact customer service at cs@shopmiventi.com within seven (7) days of receipt and send us a photo of the product received and we will be happy to correct the issue.
